Pros: Just a short walk from Hatagaya Station, but very quiet and I slept really well!! The place was clean, and all the essentials were available in the shared areas, which made it very convenient.

Perfect accommodation for a week in Tokyo

Pros: This was by far one of the best accommodations I've experienced considering the price. The facilities were extremely clean. The room had the most comfortable bed and pillows I've used while in Japan. There was also a cosy common room with coffee and tea. The connection to the rest of the city was also superb. Also they provided many recommendations through a highly usable website. Lastly, there was a washer and dry for use, which helped greatly! 10/10 I would stay again.

Cons: Hard to give minus points.

Pros: Excellent location. Small but comfortable room, quiet building. Really good value for money.

Cons: No natural light. My curtains wouldn’t stay open so had to rely on the big lights. Lamp light would’ve been nice if natural light wasn’t possible.

Pros: Like at home feeling. Very close to station Hatagaya. It's not metro, but only 2 stations away from Shinjuku station. Extra clean, organize.

perfect location, quiet and comfortable!

Pros: The location is set near Hatagaya Station, embedded in a quiet neighbourhood! There is a noodle parlor located in front of it and several shops are not more than a one-minute-walk away! The shared facilities such as the kitchen, living room and the washers are super clean and very well equipped! There is a big TV, a PC, a water heater, microwave and other useful appliances at hand! The room itself was very comfortable, the bedding lets you enjoy your sleep! A desk for work is also available in the room! Sanitary facilities could not be cleaner! We were a 100% satisfied!
