Great location, close to everything but also quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Good location, 1m walk to metro, family mart next door, 10 min walk to Shinjuku station, 5 min walk to Golden Gai. Provided all the required bathroom and kitchen supplies. Comfortable bed and also fold out sofa. Clean toilet and bathroom. Which are separate. Provided washing machine and powder and clothes dry easy over night in shower room where you can put in dry mode and all clothes hangers are provided. No staff on site, but they respond almost immediately through messages.

Cons: It is small, although I believe most apartments are like this in Tokyo. Kitchen, dinning and sleeping are all in the one room.

Enjoyed our stay, close to Shinjuku, lots or restraunts and food close by, well sound proofed, great ammenities.

Pros: Location was excellent, and ease of book in and access.

Cons: Pillows were very hard.

Great location. Quiet and private but close to everything

Pros: The location was great. Close to the train station, restaurants and convenience stores. Quiet and private and you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Staff are very responsive.

Pros: Very clean room. quite a good size for Japan but a little tight for 4. 2 people excellent size. Quiet area with some restaurants and train station very close. Definitely recommend

Cons: Maybe some sort of local area map or restaurant guide.
