Wonderful

Pros: Check-in was at midnight, but the staff were courteous. The room was very clean, and I was able to enjoy my time.

Good access to Mita transportations

Pros: The location near JR and Metro stations and near the Tokyo Tower 🗼

Cons: We didn't got one, but we saw some guests staying in two rooms with entrance directly in the hotel hall.

Pros: Excellent location, quiet area but close to everywhere by train subway or walking. Very accessible to the airports too. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Comfortable and clean rooms with everything you could need. Will definitely stay again on my next trip to Tokyo

Good with a downside

Pros: The room had more space than the average business hotel, and it was well arranged. Also had a kettle, a microwave and a good humidifer in room. Also the bathroom has a sink that was larger then usual for Japan.

Cons: When booking we entered an earlier time of arrival to the hotel. The hotel replied that the early entry is approved. There was no note of any additional pay. When we arrived the front desk person surprised us with a 1000¥ charge for early checkin that wasn't mentioned. When someone approves a request with no clarification I would expect it to be done, not additionally charged. To the hotel: either mention the charge when writing to customers or don't charge them without warning.

Pros: The room is very clean and the bathroom is exceptional. Wifi works well although it stopped working on our first day, staff immediately resolved the problem after we complain. Location was really good and you get the value for your money. It's very affordable and highly recommended.

Cons: The breakfast included in the price. It's all the same every morning. I recommend not to include breakfast on prospective traveller as the food restaurants are everywhere and it's very affordable.

Cons: Small room

Pros: Everything is good, except because they don't have a storage to leave your luggage when you do the check out. That was the only hotel in Japan where didn't allow to leave it for that day.

Pros: The front desk person was really nice and spoke enough english to make communication possible. She was very helpfull : I did not know how to dispose of the trash but she helped me twice with it. The room was not noisy, this is nice.

What I wanted

Pros: I really liked it here. Minato is the area of Tokyo where I feel most comfortable. The hotel is very well located. I loved the big 7/11 across the street where you can serve yourself. There's also a FamilyMart behind the hotel. A short walk to Mita entrances but often it was more efficient to go a bit further to Tamachi Sta, and then it didn't take long to go to places like Shibuya. The price was very reasonable, the staff were polite and I enjoyed the layout of the room which was more spacious than the other hotels I stayed at. I was able to walk to a chemist and to a Bible study meeting without trouble. Being new, the hotel's in very good condition and it was so handy having a microwave in the room! I think I'll stay here next time 😉

Simply perfect!

Pros: It was exceptional. I did Star Wars celebration and location from the hotel couldn't have been better. Also, facilities and comfort were great. The staff was professional and friendly.
