Pros: Staff can speak English fluently and have a good service. Some amenity kits are available. Pajamas are also available too. Supermarket and convenient store are nearby. Saizeriya (family restaurant) is also nearby.

Cons: Tiny room. It's hard to open 2 large suitcases and leave them open all the time. Need to walk a bit to JR Tamachi station or Mita subway station. Breakfast needs additional payment.

Tokyo 2026

Pros: Everything, when we asked for help the staff was there to help up without thinking, the room were spacious and really spend a comfortable stay.

Excellent value for price.

Pros: Proximity to station and various supermarkets and convenience stores. Check in and checkout process was quick and simple.

Excellent location and a lovely holiday base camp

Pros: It is on the main circleline connecting Tokyo to shibuya and shinjuku which is perfect! It also has a main line going directly to narita and Haneda. There are so many restaurants nearby to chose from and about 7 convince stores as well. Rooms are small but plenty of room under the bed for your suitcases and the staff will hold your bags. Wonderful staff and just a perfect location if your staying near to Tokyo and the area around.

Cons: There are only two washing machines in the annex part of the hotel which can get frustrating when other guests don’t remove their washing after it is finished. But ask the staff and they will take the cloths out and hold it for the returning customer. Beds are a just big enough for two people but there are only two pillows a soft and a really firm one so ask staff for an extra pillow before you go up and the mattress edges can be very hard as they are the old style wire/spring mattresses. The rooms are SMALL but if your out all the time it’s fine but be aware of keeping things organised as soon as you get in.

Pros: Great location and surrounded by few convenient store

Cons: Renovation is on going and limited laundry machine available at this moment.

Pros: Great budget hotel, compact room - as to be expected in Japan. Was really clean, had everything there with a little bar fridge which was fab. Nice short walk to the train station, lots of 7/11 type shops bear by and restaurants. Good range of room toiletries and pyjamas on the ground floor. Easy check out. Theres also a fruit and veg shop under the far end hotel. Overall was a good place to stay for the cost.

Cons: Found it slightly hard to find the place, did a loop of the area before finding it (the address on here is vague, and local businesses didn’t seem to know where it was). Even though agreeing for early check in via email, the staff member was quite reluctant to let me check in earlier even though i was waving a card saying I’m happy to pay for early check in. Just be aware the view is probably a block wall 2m away of the building next door. Overall would stay here again
