Pros: Good location for the train and subway. Nice breakfast. The room was available at 10:30 (at an additional cost). Complementary coffee, tea and lots of toiletries.

Pros: Breakfast is ok in terms of services and taste. Can improve more on variety if must pick an area for making the hotel even better.

Cons: Can be more flexible on early check in or breakfast coupan swap into different days instead of must have breakfast on the specific day listed on the coupan.

Pros: This was my second stay and it seems like a higher end hotel. The rooms are very clean, bathrooms modern and the staff is super friendly. : )

Cons: The movie selection is poor. So, it would be great to have an air option.

Comfortable stay

Pros: Nice location, handy to Tamachi and Mita stations which made it easy to travel around Tokyo via metro and Yamanote line. Comfortable room and great bathroom! Enjoyed the self check in service, the hotel serves the best coffee I had in Japan.

Cons: Breakfast could have been a bit more diverse. Hardly any options for people with dairy allergy as they cook most of the stuff in butter. A very helpful cook offered to make dairy free omelettes:-) thank you

Great hotel a location that gives you access to everywhere you wanna be in Tokyo!

Pros: I really liked the room. It was modern and super clean. In addition, I have food allergies and the kitchen staff was kinda enough to create a gluten free omelette for me! Thank you!

Pros: The room was great with very comfy bed, and top notch bathroom with high tech Japanese toilet. Breakfast was also amazing, with lots of variety and choice on a daily basis.

Great option for Tokyo!

Pros: Loved this hotel in our stay in Tokyo! Really clean, amazing breakfast that opens early and really nice room. Staff were super friendly as well.

Cons: Only downside is the 10 minute walk to the station, but not a really big issue at all.
