Pros: Beautiful hotel with amazing rooms, lobby and amenities. Very polite and welcoming staff

Cons: The gym/pool is shared with non-hotel guests which causes issues (e.g. space in pool and workout areas)

Loved it at Andaz

Pros: This was an amazing property and so comfortable, the staff were so welcoming. I was recommended to stay by a family member and it did not disappoint.

Cons: It was hard to find fault. I would have liked to have bought some of the Tea Cup and Saucer.

Pros: Great breakfast, great location. Expected a bit larger room.

Cons: A member of reception team just before a checkout was slightly rude. Other than that everything was great!

Pros: The rooftop bar is amazing, super nice views! Rooms are very spacious. It has a great bubbly vibe.

A great stay!

Pros: -The service was great -Delicious breakfast buffet -Rooms are very quiet and very comfortable -location is great

Cons: -For our 3 dinners at the Tavern Grill and Lounge, the service was very slow on 2 of them (it took almost 50 min to bring a very disappointing soup). The staff at the restaurant were great though. -The dinner menu doesnt offer much variety (compared to a few years ago, maybe due to the tough corona years?) -Carpets in the rooms are starting to feel old and a bit dirty -Not much Japanese options for breakfast (it seems the buffet was downsized after the corona years) -The room lacks storage

Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect! Dinner at The Sushi was fantastic, with a super kind and nice chef cooking just for us. The happy hour was great too, nice music and nibbles and drinks. It was a dream!
