Enjoyable and relaxing stay, with a local restaurant that is a must visit

Pros: It was a fantastic experience. Convenient located in business center with direct access to main metro lines, even 7/11 is inside so you don’t have to go outside which is helpful when it’s cold. That being said, it is not so close to popular shopping streets, but metro makes it easy to reach Plenty of places to work, including complimentary lounge, so highly recommended for business travellers Rooms are not big but really enough for 2 people. Highly recommend Tokyo Tower view rooms as the view is stunning ! Great breakfast with lots of choices for anyone from every corner of the world Local restaurant is a definite must visit, tiramisu blew my mind

Cons: Prices for breakfast are on a high side, hence I recommend booking an option with breakfast included. It is just a recommendation though

Pros: Greeted by kind and helpful staff. The rooms are good sized and extremely clean with an incredible view. Loved the waterfall shower. Super convenient with the metro in the same building. Breakfast was also very delicious, definitely worth adding to your stay. Will stay here again next time I'm in Tokyo.

Pros: Staff are well trained and friendly. Their overall system is highly efficient, especially room service. Food was delivered within 20 mins and in very good and convenient packaging.

Cons: I stayed at the corner suite with Tower view and the windows keep making loud popping and cracking noises throughout the day. When consulting with the staff about this issue, the answer was it cannot be helped...

Pros: Location, view, and Celanese The gym view is nice

Comfort stay

Pros: Staffs were nice and friendly. Superb breakfast quality. Clean wood floor (Personally, do not prefer carpet.) + almost of everything

Cons: Some rooms were far from elevators. The room did not have a bathtub. A bit overpriced.

It was very enjoyable and comfortable.

Pros: It was well located with easy access to the metro and excellent restaurants. In general, the staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. However, concierge services could be improved with a dedicated concierge in place who understands English and is more knowledgeable about how to navigate Tokyo.

Cons: I didn’t like the fact that the wash basin was in the bedroom and that the closet was not enclosed.

Pros: The hotel was beautiful and the rooms are confortable, but what made our stay truly special was the outstanding service of Mélanie from the Lounge. Her handwritten letter, suggestions and excellent recommendations made our trip unforgettable.

Pros: Very friendly staff - especially in the lounge and concierge

Cons: The entrance area was small for seating - could have more sofas and chill out zones on the ground floor
