Very good value, comfortable and clean!

Pros: Loved the tiny rooms, comfortable beds, great price, nice to have fresh bread in the morning and free hot drinks!

Cons: The rooms are tiny but it didn’t matter! Great place

Great service, good accomodation and good location.

Pros: Despite being in a small space, the room had everything you needed, including pyjamas, a heated toilet seat, good coffee and was extremely clean.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Easy transit via Narita Express and early access to the fish market to catch the live auction before moving on to Osaka via bullet train from Tokyo station

Room was clean and I like the location to the us terminal to take to Narita Airport.

Pros: Breakfast was free so was happy to have that. Location was 14 min to Tokyo Station so was great.

Cons: Room was tiny for me and my wife but you pay for what it is.

Great hotel close to Tokyo station

Pros: It is only 10 minutes away from Tokyo station, 7eleven is in the opposite. You can bake pastries in the morning at the reception. You get there new towels and bottle of water every day.

Pros: Great Location - no need to change subway line both from Haneda and Narita airport. Easily accessible to anywhere in Tokyo. Clean hotel and friendly employees. Complementary coffee and pastries in the morning are a plus. 7/11 is just outside the front door.

Cons: Windows looking over speedway. Can be noisy. Don’t expect space - we stayed in a Deluxe twin-bed room which had relatively more space. Can’t imagine how small the normal twin-bed room.

Conveniently Located Hotel

Pros: We already stayed and reviewed this hotel due to staying here at the start of our trip. We chose the hotel due to the location being close to the central train station and also nearby metro. The hotel room was small ( par for the course in Japan ) but was very clean, the staff were great and very helpful. There was also free coffee and pasties available in the morning which could essentially be breakfast if you are travelling on a budget.
