Pros: Public bath, comfortable pillows, room amenities and robes

Cons: Room was very small but manageable for a couple

Excellent. I'll stay there again.

Pros: Good location. Easy to get to square and subways. The building was secure with multiple access points requiring a room key. Staff was friendly. Baggage storage after check out was convenient.

Cons: Bathroom was a little tight but that's just Japan for you. The building is an open air concept in the corridors. It made it a little chilly but I can see how that would be cool in better weather.

Pros: The room location, the staff, and the facilities were all good.

Cons: It feels they are trying to squeeze every Yen out off guests though people arrive at different times, they make everyone wait until 3pm, or they will charge you for early access. It creates chaos, at checkin.

A great choice for a stay in Shinjuku

Pros: Excellent location, only a short walk from a number of train lines, and perfectly positioned for a walk into Kabukicho. The room was serviced regularly (with options for daily cleaning), and the staff were polite and efficient. The price was very reasonable, and everything in the room worked and was clean. The rooms were well appointed, even the smaller rooms for single travellers. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, and served well as a drying room for damp laundry.

Cons: I genuinely can’t think of any reason to critique the hotel!

Pleasant stay with great facilities and excellent proximity to major train stations.

Pros: Facilities were good, could store luggage on day of check in and check out. Even though the room floor space is small, space was utilised well so it didn’t feel cramped.

Pros: was very comfortable they had a lot of room under the bed for suitcases. was tidy and clean.

Cons: was in a good area however if you were coming from certain places you had to walk through a dodgy area only at night. (can walk around it) perfect during the day

Pros: Lovely stay at Apa hotel higashi shinjuku kabukicho. everything you could possibly need was provided. Yes the rooms are a bit small but if all personal stuff is well organized as there is space for suitcases under beds and lots of hanging space it is just enough..We would definitely stay at an Apa hotel again in the future...

Pros: the breakfast was great and paying extra for the room on a high level with a view was totally worth it, less claustrophobic

Cons: new towels and dressing gowns daily hanging on door handle is unnecessary

Pros: Was close to everything. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Shower pressure was great.

Cons: Very small room but as to be expected.
