Capsule Hotel Suzumoriya

Exactly as expected - decent bed in a decent location

Pros: As expected and shown in the ad. Good price. Towels provided without charge. Plugs and lighting was easily available/adjustable from bed.

Cons: Bathroom could have been bigger and more comfortable.

Pros: Favorite budget accomodation I've ever stayed. Great facilities, clean, peaceful, comfortable, safe, good location.

Cons: Sometimes elevator got congested. Would have loved access to stairs.

Great cheap stay for a 1st night in Tokyo after a long flight

Pros: Price is great short walk from station and coach drop for narita

Cons: Lockers are right near the beds and the door bangs . And there’s always someone opening one or unzipping something or banging the door no matter what time it is

Quiet, clean & convenient - would definitely stay again!

Pros: Loved this hostel & would definitely stay again. The female dorm was peaceful & super clean. The capsuels are spacious with good lighting & a shelf. Bathrooms were always clean too. The neighborhood is conveniently located about 10 mins walk from a station where you can easily get to the airport or anywhere you need.

Pros: Convenient location, clean facilities. Good wifi and cosy capsule bed.

Cons: Showers on a different level to dorm. Nothing can be done about it though, and not the hotel's fault. Just a little inconvenient.

Pros: Good location, clean and safe. Overall it's a decent value for what you pay.

Cons: Poor internet, staff not rude but quite cold. Few showers for all the guests in one single floor.

Perfect stay in Tokyo - Thank you!

Pros: Everything was simply perfect. From comfortable and clean capsules, a locker for all the valuables, to very clean and modern bathrooms, there’s nothing to complain about. The staff was very helpful and polite, there was always at the reception whenever I had a question. The location is very good. It’s a few minutes away from Kinshicho station from where you can easily start your journey to explore Tokyo. There’re many eateries and malls in the vicinity. I can highly recommend Suzumoriya to any solo traveler.

Good value for money

Pros: Excellent location if one is coming and going from Narita Airport, it is on the JR Sobu Line. More space and quieter than usual capsule hotel, flexible check in times, clean; basic items supplied.

Cons: No problems with the property, but street has many love hotels and bars. This was not an issue with us, and I doubt most non-Japanese guests would even notice, but just some information in case this matters to you.

Pros: This hotel looks new and modern and very comfortable to stay in. It's located a few minutes' walk from the train and metro station and has several restaurant options in the area.

Honest for the price

Pros: If you’re insecure about this place being below 4 starts read the reviews that lowered it down. Is basically made from people that have low to zero experience in travel and are expecting a Boutique Hotel from a capsule one. The place delivers what is offering, is clean, well located and staff is very helpful. Facilities are fine, small but why would you ask for a kitchen when you have an entire town to discover. They have a bar on the rooftop and showers were good. The lack of common sense on the negative reviews gets me gutted. If you want it cheap and simple, thats the place. More than that you should pay more or stay in mommy’s house.
