Pros: I enjoyed the comfortable furniture and sophisticated space, skillfully coordinating Japanese and Western styles. The facility was clean and had a retro-modern feel.

Cons: The entrance stairs are steep, so I think handrails would be safer and more convenient.

Pros: Nice and wonderful house for your stay in Tokyo~ away from the crowd~ not far away from a station ~ nice food and supermarket nearby ~ whole living space for your family ~ got your own toilet own bathroom own kitchen dining area oven toaster microwave rice cooker cooking utensil balcony washing machine clothes hangers hair dryer slippers drawer toilet paper shampoo heater air-cond wifi ~ very great to have my 11 nights with my friends in this nice cosy warm house ♥️ walking along the river near the station you may see sakura blooming in the right season without crowd 🥹

Cons: The entrance straight lead to a narrow stair up to the second floor which is a little difficult to bring up a big luggage ~ but it is alright you just need to suffer once up and down to bring your luggages

Pros: It was a pleasure to stay in this house and been hosted by amazing mr. Miyake. Flat is spacious, well equipped, has everything you need for comfortable stay. Location is good and well connected. Mr. Miyake was helpful & friendly.

Cons: There is no heating in bath so it's quite cold to get out of the shower. But the rest of the flat has A/C so it's very warm.

Will stay again!!

Pros: Very convenient location, near to two stations, convenience stfres and high street full of shops and restaurants. Clean rooms and very friendly owners.

Cons: Not really but it could be better if there were cereal bowls etc.

Pros: 全て、良かったです。 駅から近いし、平坦。治安がとても良い。 スーパーやコンビニもたくさんある。 お部屋も綺麗で、全てが揃っている。 1番良かったのは、オーナーの三宅さん。 とても温かく出迎えてくださり、こちらのわがままにも応えてくださいました。

Pros: 民宿主人很親切又和藹可親。 民宿提供舒適居住與讓我們可以體驗在地生活的樣貌。 交通很便利離車站很近；周遭附近有三家超市及兩家便利店在進行採購上十分方便。

Good choice

Pros: The house was very well equipped.. We even had a toaster oven. the beds were comfy. Everything was as advertised. The neighbourhood was nice.

Cons: A little more out of the way than I has realized.

Pros: Amazing hosts, very kind couple who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and comfortable. We felt incredibly welcomed and had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Pros: I like that the place is big and can accommodate atleast 7 adults. The location is quiet which is great for a good nights rest away from the bars and party scenes.

Cons: If you are with an elderly person or a baby, you should consider packing light as the property is atleast 5-10 train stops away from the scenes like Shinjuku or Shibuya.
