Very refreshing and great location!

Pros: Felt very clean and fresh. The staff were so accommodating and respectful, really felt the service.

Pros: In a good location, and not in a noisy area but close enough to walk to train lines and Shinjukus main area. clean and room was decent sized. Breakfast was nice.

Pros: The location was a quiet area of Shinjuku. About 8 minutes walking distance from Shinjuku station. It’s in the business district.

Excellent choice in Shinjuku

Pros: The location was very good, very central in Shinjuku, near metro stations. When I arrived, I think the staff understood I was not familiarized with the self check-in and made the check-in for me. The room delivered what was expected by the photos and description, it was clean and it had a nice size for Japan standards. The matress and pillow were extremely confortable, the best I had in 18 days in Japan.

Enjoyed the stay. I would not hesitate to book the hotel again.

Pros: Location was close to public transit giving it great access to all of Tokyo. Rooms were clean, but smaller than what I would have preferred. I think the focus was business traveler and it would excel in that roll. For a few days stay for us it worked fairly well. I like it had a small cafe on the ground floor. Many restaurants in the small sideroads around the hotel. Less costly than downtown Tokyo. The hotel was also close to pick up points for day trips we took.

Cons: The only real complaint was the room size. More room for 2 people would have been nice, but we knew that when we booked the rooms. We felt it was worthwhile to give up a bit of size/comfort for less cost and good access to transit to Greater Tokyo.
