Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nishi-Shinjuku PREMIER

Pros: I love the massage chair in the room, refa hair dryer, and seven eleven in the basement.

Cons: Room a bit small

Pros: Loved that there was a separate shower & bathtub. Rooms comfortable but a little squashy with a third fold out bed added. Buffet breakfast was great value. Loved the beauty samples on the lobby, they were lovely luxury inclusions.

Cons: The only negative was the lack of room once a third bed was added.

Nice modern hotel in central location

Pros: Very nice rooms and furnishing, staff were lovely. Affordable for the location and modern hotel.

Cons: The beds were a little short for people over 5’10”

Great place and happy we stayed

Pros: large rooms for Tokyo. Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed with cleaning services each morning Large bathroom/shower with bath. Great location and very clean complex

Cons: The only thing that could be improved is the laundry situation - there are only 6 machines total for the whole building with a 3kg capacity each - even with a very small load it took over 3 hours for the items to be washed and dried - meaning machines were tied up for a prolonged period and you had to be waiting by the machine to get in before other people. This could be improved by larger machines or more levels with a laundromat service.

Pros: Breakfast was delicious and the rain shower was lovely.

Great location to visit Tokyo

Pros: Very good location in shinjuku, close to main streets for shopping, restaurants and animation. Nice atmosphere, friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast is very good, in a comfy place with sofas and armchairs.

Cons: Rooms are rather small but this is the rule in Japan. Breakfast is good but remains with the exact same dishes everyday. Would be nice to have some variations for people staying for several days.

The perfect spot for families. Great size room with four beds and close to all amenities.

Pros: Daiwa Roynet is the perfect location if you want to be in a quieter area but still close enough explore Shinjuku. It's also nice and close to the train to explore other areas. The staff were wonderful and our room was superb. Having the 7/11 downstairs was the best and made early mornings and late returns easy to just grab something to eat and drink.

Cons: There was nothing not to like about this accomodation.

Excellent value, great hotel

Pros: This hotel has thought of everything. Lots of little amenities, cheap laundry services, lovely staff and generous sized room for tokyo. Really appreciated the bath after a cold day outside.

Cons: The location is good as its quiet and near 7/11, but also a bit awkward with a 20 minute walk to shinjuku station, or an extra underground if you can't be bothered walking, but that takes just as much time.

Excellent stay, wonderful staff and great value

Pros: Very clean, helpful staff, modern facilities, lots of free amenities

Cons: Little bit of a walk to the metro but not bad at all, rooms a little cramped even by Tokyo standards although bathrooms spacious and above average
