Great service and super comfortable rooms!

Pros: Impeccable service from the moment we arrived we were greeted by 小祝san with amazing warmth and friendliness. All the staff were exceptional in their friendliness and high level of service.

Cons: The hotel is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is at least 15 mins walk to Shinjuku station and it is surrounded by office buildings. So it feels like one is staying at an office park.

Great stay in Tokyo

Pros: First of all, you’re blown away by the lobby, thinking we chose the right place. Then you go to the room and yes you definitely got the right place. The room was always kept clean. The staff were very attentive, helpful even with the hotel full. The convenience store beneath the hotel is an amazing bonus.

A beautiful way to start our Japan stay

Pros: Beautiful views to Mt Fuji from our park side room. The hotel was so convenient after a late afternoon arrival with the airport limousine stopping at the hotel door. Breakfast was amazing but it’s pricey as you expect for a a hotel of this kind. There’s a 7/11 conveniently located downstairs and there’s also a shuttle from the hotel to Shinjuku station.

Absolutely amazing, with stunning view of the city, park and majestic Mount Fuji

Pros: Everything! Check in and check out were both very fast and seamless, staff were all very warm, friendly and welcoming. The room was big and spacious, view of the room was absolutely stunning - view of the park, city and majestic Mount Fuji on a clear day. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom waa spacious and had excellent lighting, water pressure was very strong and great in the shower, bath tub was great too! Loved the free shuttle bus to and from Shinjuku Station, the bus conductors were all very warm, friendly and helpful too. There is a convenience store nearby (Family Mart) and a pharmacy - which is a great plus too! Overall we had an amazing stay here. We actually stayed at this same hotel 11 years ago before its refurbishment, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay then and this time around, we definitely made the right choice to stay here again (post-refurbishment) - everything was just simply superb!

Convenient location, great views from a great room. I hope to be back soon.

Pros: View of Mount Fuji on a day with clear sky for sure - I had 3 such days out of 5 nights. Convenience - Odeo Line just right beneath the hotel + shuttle bus (3 services per hour - check the hotel website for the latest). Slightly further away from the hustle and busy-ness of Shinjuku - you are in a quiet neighbourhood but with great access and convenience!

Cons: Variety of breakfast options - don't get me wrong, the food is extremely decent but you have to understand i stayed here for 12 nights in total, and there aren't too many variations. So I am definitely allowed to complain about variety ;) One thing to nitpick on is the carpet - why did the hotel decide to keep carpets in rooms even after the renovations?!
