Pros: Very comfortable and clean. Location was perfect and easy to get to so many things including trains. Compact but we made it work. Plenty of room under bed to store luggage

Great location, clean and friendly staff

Pros: Really good location. Quiet area but 10mins walk into Shinjuku. Train station right outside. The hotel was very clean and staff were helpful. We got the slightly bigger twin room, comfort twin. It was fine. Enough room for case.

Cons: My only issue was road noise at night but that isn’t the hotels fault and with some ear plugs it was fine.

Great value for money in central location

Pros: We based ourselves at Rose Garden Shinjuku and travelled to Hakuba and Kyoto. Rose Garden is in a handy location not far from Shinjuku station. Rooms were very clean especially the bathrooms. We booked a triple share bunk room which was a tight fit but affordable given the location. Staff are super helpful and friendly

Cons: No lounge/chill out zone except the reception area

Comfortable stay

Pros: Nice and clean, very well located close to tube station allowing easy access for sight seeing. Walking distance from Shinjuku bus station with direct link to airport bus services. Staff were kind and helpful.

Super happy with Rose Garden Hotel.

Pros: Super clean. Great location - Nishi-Shinjuku station directly across the road. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms had everything you could need and breakfast was great. Definitely recommend.
