Excellent apartment in a family-friendly location.

Pros: Great property in a nice, relaxed but central location. The apartment had pretty much everything we needed and was spacious for Tokyo. We really enjoyed Minato City as it wasn’t too busy or crowded but well located to explore Tokyo. Would definitely recommend this property for a family (our kids are 7 & 9).

Cons: A little hand held vacuum or dustpan and brush would be useful but this is a very minor complaint - they had everything else we needed. Being from Australia and so not familiar with the addresses I didn’t immediately realise this was just two apartments on floors 5 and 6 and didn’t know which floor was ours but it was easy enough to check in on the pads by the door - more a tip for others.

Highly recommend. Great location.

Pros: Perfect for families or groups as it’s got plenty of space. Clean, living area, kitchen and seperate bedroom. Not many properties in Tokyo like this.

Great location and amenities

Pros: Great location, immaculate facilities (brand new). Very comfortable beds / pillows. Lovely bars/restaurants nearby

Cons: Very inflexible as unmanned with strict 4pm check-in/10am check-out which was unnecessary given property was setup and available much earlier. No storage option given the early checkout. Otherwise would highly recommend.

Comfortable seating area and good natural light Great dining space Well equipped kitchen allowing full meals Well equipped laundry with drying rack and dryer giving options Double sink and ample towels Bedding was extremely comfortable and appreciated the hanging space and space for baggage Overall a luxurious stay and a great base for Tokyo adventuring if wanting to be near Ginza, Roppongi, and attractions like team labs X2
