Tiny but perfect

Pros: The room was tiny, but unbelievably well thought-out. I’ve never seen a space used so efficiently, everything has its place and it just works. For the price, it’s an excellent value. A lovely stay in a perfectly designed little room. In a good location too.

Love the place, the location, and access to the Family Mart.

Pros: The room fits 2 people nicely, but thank god we only brought one luggage, and with the limited space to put my bag on, that was tight already. But everything else was excellent, especially room service where we got clean towels every day, drinking water was provided daily at the same times. Great that they have laundry room with only two machines available, i managed to do my laundry , but the dryer took too long. The location of the hotel is great, close to the Hamamatsucho/Daimon station, and w Family Mart right next door, it was perfect for us who like simple food , and not noisy too, so that's a bonus. Hotel location is close to a coffee shop where i need my morning fix fast before i start my day to find more coffee!

Cons: Laundry room dryer can be better, i paid 100Y per 30mins cycle, but in the end i had to use 300Y for a 1 hr 30mins drying session, but even that did not dry up some of my clothes completely as they were a little bit damp. Had to hang some clothes in the room to dry.

Nice and convenient

Pros: Very convenient location to travel to and from Haneda airport. Area is busy with lot's of places to eat and drink. Near Tokyo Tower, and good transport links generally. The room was typically cosy for Tokyo, but pleasant with everything you might need. Would definitely stay again, especially if flying in or out of Tokyo.

Cons: Nothing.

Modern, clean, and well-located

Pros: Staff were very friendly, the location is excellent (just near the train station), and the rooms were very clean and modern. Great amenities.
