Beautiful rooftop terrace

Pros: Great location; walking distance (with luggage) to the JR line and the monorail direct to Haneda Airport. Restaurants and convenience stores close by. Quiet area, not too touristy. Front desk staff were wonderful and helpful, check-in was easy and the cleaning staff were very friendly and done a great job! Great communal facilities, with a special mention to the rooftop terrace. Room was standard Japan compact size, but the shower was very spacious! Bed was comfortable with nice linen

Cons: I found the pillows a little uncomfortable but I think that's just personal preference

Good value for a stopover with easy access to Haneda airport.

Pros: Close proximity to Monorail, 2 JR and 2 Toei line. The family room was spacious and clean (but the bidet needed properly cleaning).

Cons: The centrally controlled ac was too warm. Not a dislike but travelers should be aware that many restaurants in the area are closed Sat/Sun or Sun/Mon.

Perfect accommodation near Haneda airport

Pros: Close to the monorail and easy access to Haneda airport. Beds were super comfy and the bathroom facilities were great. We only stayed one night before flying out as a family of 5 we had the double bunk room. It was perfect for our needs.

Cons: Later than usual check in.

Spacious room

Pros: Location is great, close to both Hamamatsucho and Daimon station. The room is super spacious in Tokyo standard for a family of 4. 2 large double bed, big wardrobe and sofa and table. Separate toilet, bath and dress area. Bed is comfortable. have a coffee machine to make coffee ourselves. Convenient store just around the corner.

Cons: Some noise maybe coming out of AC but not significantly.
