Great location and convenient stay

Pros: The location being a very short walk from JR Hamamatsucho station made the travelling experience, especially to/from Haneda airport and other JR stations via the Yamanote line very convenient. It was central to many restaurants and convenience stores and the room was very sizeable. There were a lot of amenities in the rooms, alongside nearby plug sockets for easy charging of devices.

Cons: The bed was a little creaky on one side, meaning getting in/out of bed was a tiny bit noisy for any other sleeping guests, and thus slightly uncomfortable to move around in. There was an ice machine right outside of our room which did make a lot of noise when people outside used it.

Recommended

Pros: Staff were polite and friendly. The staff member who was checking me in was very helpful and spoke fluent English. The room was clean, bright and bigger than the average Tokyo room. I always prefer a room with good natural lighting and this room never disappointed me. Also, the location was convenient, only approximately 5-6 minutes walk to Hamamatsucho station and plenty of restaurants, convenience stores and health & beauty shops within 10 minutes proximity. I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

Cons: Only minor things were the middle of the building was an open area and can get cold, however not an issue once you get into the room. Also, there was an emergency floor light which was a bit too bright for light sleepers. Understandably you can't turn off for safety reasons (i.e. earthquakes) Not an issue for me, but my friend struggled to sleep so remember to bring an eye mask if dim lights bother you during your sleep.

Pros: Great location, comfortable rooms and very friendly staff

Good value and great location for transport around

Pros: Location to monorail for early morning flight and close to subways for sightseeing. Value for money. Reception staff good and luggage storage available. Ticked all the boxes we needed.

Cons: There was only a smoking room available when we booked and I didn’t think it would be too bad but the smell of smoke was over powering at times - no fault of hotel but in hindsight I will think again before saying yes to a smoking room.

Great stay nearby Ginza.

Pros: Great location when you are flying from Haneda. Has everything you need nearby. Clean and cosy.

Cons: Bit cold in the hallways since the outsides of your room is really outside.

Close to station, easy to get to

Pros: Close to the station. Front desk people were exceptionally pleasing

Pros: The hotel is very convenient, especially for traveling to Haneda Airport. The room is quite spacious and very comfortable for sleeping. All amenities are well provided, including an ice machine, vending machines, and free freshly brewed coffee. A special note for the coffee — it is very aromatic and delicious. Highly recommended.

Pros: Love everything about this hotel - location is superb - near the train stations and no issue finding food around the area. I have stayed in this hotel a number of times and I love everything about it - the room, the staff, the amenities - everything.

Very convenient location, comfortable beds but small rooms

Pros: Very close proximity to train stations and lots of restaurant options that are open late night

Cons: The rooms are extremely small. It’s like staying in an APA. Only 2 microwaves and I’ve machine both on different floors as well 5 and 10 which is very inconvenient.
