Great

Pros: We stayed 5 nights and even if the room is small, it was very comfortable and we had everythig we needed for a comfortable stay.

Cons: It would have been nice to have better instructions on the washing machine - we were slightly confused, but got there in the end!

Pros: This area is very quiet but safe, many office building around. Near Tokyo Tower and 2 metro stations. They offer free drink, breakfast and some amenities in 1st floor. Staffs are nice to me. The water in bathroom is very strong, i love it

Cons: The room is not too big but I understand that we are in Tokyo. Trade off for the location

Lovely hotel

Pros: Great place to stay but not the most active part of town, rooms were nice and clean

Cons: Room was pretty small and breakfast included was bare minimum but didn’t affect our stay

Pros: We loved our stay. Hotel in good location close to some lovely restaurants. The room was small but bed was so comfortable. Staff was lovely and cheerful. We will defonitely come back.

Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable room & a very convenient location close to Shimbashi and Hamamatsucho train stations.

Perfect for a short stay

Pros: Location, clean, amnesties and eating area in the lobby.

Pros: Lovely staff, nice free refreshments - overall a good budget option

Good hotel with excellent location

Pros: I liked the location of the hotel The room was very clean I liked that you could get free water and soft drinks from 6am to 12am so most of the day

Cons: The size of the bathroom is a bit tight If your travelling with multiple suitcases the small double bed room may not be a good idea

The place was lovely and the staff were too!

Pros: Great facilities in the lobby, lovely staff, and the rooms had nothing to complain about.

Pros: The toilet sit was great. Kind and Helpful staff. Clean envairment. Good location.

Cons: I missed an extra space for bags. Example under a bed
