Great stay in heart of Ginza.

Pros: Great location, fantastic staff, so helpful. Good breakfast, lots of choice! Gym was small but had weights and treadmill so better than expected!

Pros: Very conveniently located in Ginza. Beddings and toilets were very good. Complimentary bottle drinks were unlimited. Staff were all courteous and helpful

Cons: The breakfast was the same throughout my 5 nights stay. Most hot food were with pork. Can do better selection of breads.

Perfect location

Pros: The location was perfect, only a few minutes walk from the train/subway station. There was also a helpful section at the reception where you could grab things you had forgotten like water, slippers, pajamas etc. The rooftop was also a really nice place to sit and relax, even if it was a bit cold. We really enjoyed how close it was to convenience stores and restaurants as well. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a hotel in Tokyo which is nearby other cities.

Well located in Ginza!

Pros: The hotel is located at Ginza 6. Surrounded with so many shopping places. Asakusa line tat Higashi-Ginza station is just step away. The bed is so comfy and homey - like it a lot.

Cons: The lift is too dark for us - suggest to make it brighter a bit. The breakfast has quite some variety but need to improve the delicious level. - Coffee machine is not working well.

Pros: very clean room, kind reception staff, the interieur for the younger generation. Location is great, next to Ginza. Bathroom well equipted. cosy bed. No experience regarding breakfast.

Short sharp trip to Tokyo

Pros: Excellent service from great staff. Really good breakfast plus good dinner options. Smart rooms in a very chic setting.

Cons: My room was slightly stuffy, but that could have been a/c user error!

Most of our time was spent exploring the city. The room and bed were very comfortable.

Pros: We had dinner at the Warehouse restaurant. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious.

Cons: We only stayed for a couple of nights, but the elevator floor needed to be cleaned and the area rug in the room was stained. Would have liked a room on a higher floor. Could hear and feel the metro from the 3rd floor.

Great stay

Pros: The location of the hotel is nice. Not in the super busy area of Ginza but still very close to the shops. The staff was kind enough to help us in getting taxis whenever we needed. Our room was spacious and had a nice corner where I could catch up with work.
