Excellent location. Trains nearby to get to other areas is easy.

Pros: Fabulous property in the heart of Ginza. Clean, modern and friendly staff.

Cons: Only stayed one night. Would like to have stayed longer. Western breakfast was not very nice. Quite odd, runny scrambled eggs, a shot of pumpkin soup was interesting. However, other parts of the buffet were good.

I am very happy with my stay and will likely to return if the rates are reasonable.

Pros: The location is very central, close to many shops, a wide variety of lovely eating places and virtually 2 minutes to the subway station. After I checked into the hotel at almost midnight, I only had to walk 4 minutes to a very good ramen shop that opens till 4.00am. Very often, there are also taxis waiting outside the hotel entrance.

Awesome hotel, clean and super convenient Ginza location with friendly helpful staff

Pros: Great location to be at in Ginza with multiple metro lines easily accessible within 5mins walk (incl from Haneda). We love staying in Ginza, vibrant and a great spot to start exploring Tokyo from. That said the hotel itself is quite awesome, friendly helpful staff and clean nice spacious (by Tokyo standards) rooms to stay in. There is also a public bath facility on the first floor for hotel guests. Highly recommend this hotel.

Cons: Would have appreciated a king size bed in the larger upgraded rooms. Tea coffee selection could have been better and unlimited availability for guests would be great

The perfect location, and the Onsen (Large Bath) amenity was the most unique and memorable feature!

Pros: The Onsen (Large Bath) was the highlight of the hotel. This is definitely a very unique amenity that most non-Japanese hotel chains do not have. The location is also amazing, right between the high-end shopping (i.e. Ginza6) and the Tsukiji fish market.

Cons: Everything is fine, with nothing we did not like.

Fabulous location, excellent room

Pros: We loved the layout of the Japanese style room, with extra space to sit down on the floor, rest and drink tea. The bathroom was compact but very functional and loved the fact that the mirror didn't fog in part so you can still see the mirror after showering, so cool.

Great location

Pros: Conveniently located in Ginza and close to the Tsukiji area, the hotel is also just a short walk from the metro station. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the hotel features a lovely public bath—perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.

Pros: Staff were kind and accommodating when we required a room change. A shame to lose the lovely view of Ginza from the front side of the building. Appreciated the on-site bath (water is 40 degrees, so quite hot!). Location is great, Metro stations a short walk away, including direct line to Haneda airport. Lots of restaurants in the area and convenience stores.

Perfect stay!

Pros: 3 Beds are suitable for my family, we have 2 adults and 1 kid stayed in the room. There is enough space if want to stay 2 adults and 2 kids! Not many hotels in Japan have this type of room.

Will stay here again

Pros: The location of the hotel is fantastic. It's a 8 min stroll to the heart of Ginza one way, and Tsukiji market the other way. The hotel is a 2 min walk from Higashi-Ginza station on the Hibiya line. If you wanted to walk to the Ginza station, it's 7 minutes. I love that it's so close to Ginza and yet on a relatively quieter and wide street (easier to walk and for cabs to pick up/drop off). One of the main plus points was the public bath which I ended up using almost every night. And also that toiletries are for you to pick up at the lobby so this helps to prevent wastage. The room was very clean and comfy. Quite nice decor.

Cons: There was no cupboard but there was a rack and coat hooks for our clothes.

Loved the location of this hotel

Pros: Location is great. Since we booked deluxe room, the size of the room is very comfortable.

Cons: The room is abit dusty. And there is a faint smell with the pillow cover.
