Pros: Very clean hotel and nice onsen pool included with the stay, with treats included. Friendly staff and nicely sized room for what you typically find in Tokyo.
Cons: Location is further from Ginza Central than expected, once you factor in time you wait to cross major streets.

Great hotel with a lovely onsen
Pros: The room was a good size, and had a nice couch in addition to the bed which was great. Decent sized bathroom and a good TV (which we were able to plug the Nintendo Switch into!) - the decor was also very nice. The breakfast was very nice and had a lot of variety, and the hotel had one of the nicest onsen we'd been to at any similar hotel in Japan, with a cold plunge pool and a sauna in addition to the main onsen pool. The staff were really helpful and were happy to look after bags after we'd checked out so we could enjoy our last day in Tokyo. Ginza station is about a ten minute walk but Higashi Ginza station is a bit nearer.
Cons: Both the bed and the pillows in the room were a bit hard for us, which made it a bit uncomfortable, and unfortunately we didn't get the best nights' sleep. We didn't ask about alternative pillows while we were there though, so with hindsight maybe we should have done this! The way the shutters in the room worked also meant that there was a bit of light which would get into the room in the morning, which also woke us up a bit.

Loved the whole stay
Pros: Got nothing to complain, really great stay, will come again! Ramen and ice popsicles after bathing great bonus.
Cons: There should be washing area for sauna covers next to them, as you have to walk back to washing area and then back to sauna section to clean them. Otherwise great bathing area.

Pros: • Onsen Facility: Truly relaxing and well-maintained. A wonderful way to unwind after a day in Tokyo. • Supper Ramen: A comforting touch. free, tasty and served with warmth. It adds a homely feel to the stay. • Room: Clean, functional, and comfortable. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged. • Location: Excellent. Easy access to Ginza’s shopping and dining, yet tucked away enough for quiet rest.
Cons: What Could Be Better: • The room size is quite compact, fine for solo travelers, but might feel tight for two with luggage. • Limited natural light in some rooms, depending on layout. • Lobby and common areas felt more utilitarian than cozy, less charm compared to some boutique stays.

A consistently great hotel in a fantastic location, with a wonderful little onsen
Pros: My second stay at this property, and a fan of the Dormy Inn brand. This hotel is in a fantastic location, a few minutes’ walk from Higashi-Ginza station. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained. It has a small but perfectly formed onsen and sauna, for guest use.
Cons: I would have chosen a slightly fluffier pillow!
