Well located, modern hotel in a quiet part of Ginza
Pros: The room was quite roomy by Tokyo standards, modern, clean and the Sekkisei cleanser/lotion for the face was a lovely touch. The coffee afternoons at no charge to guests was generous. The location was quiet ans a couple of streets away from the heart of Ginza which is a bonus! There are 2 Lawsons adjacent to the property and nearby Starbucks/Tullys. We enjoyed walking 5 minutes to Cafe Veloce. Train station Higashi- Ginza is a couple of minutes away. Front desk and house staff were friendly (nothing was too much trouble and they would greet you each time we walked past) and were generous at all times, including stowing our luggage while we waited for our late flight.
Cons: If I’m to be honest, there wasn’t much to dislike overall it’s a lovely hotel ,just some personal observations. Having Bach on loop in the restaurant and reception, though expected in a hotel with Bach in the name, probably was overkill for us (we do like classical music) It was however lovely to walk into your room first time and be welcomed by Bach. Breakfast was modest compared to other hotels I’ve been to in Japan, and I have to say the experience was dampened by a couple of the staff at breakfast who were not as accommodating as other of the staff at the hotel. But this was minor compared to the overall experience. I also think having sow, other amenities would be helpful like toothbrush, hair brush and body lotion, as other hotels have.

Great experience
Pros: The hotel was actually beyond expectation. The room was bigger than we expected, was clean and the location is just one best. We could travel anywhere using the Metro and JR which are located just hundreds of meters from the hotel.

Awesome rooms with amazing service in a central location
Pros: The location of this property is amazing. Close to major luxury brands for shopping as well as an abundance of restaurants within walking distance. Also having access to a gym next door is very convenient a d well thought of. Staff was super friendly and service was amazing. Our room was very spacious given the general room sizing in hotels in Tokyo can be relatively small.

Beautiful boutique hotel, great location
Pros: The location and the room designs are great. The beds are reasonably firm however and with feather pillows. But this is pretty standard for hotels unfortunately. The music, the hotel design and the comforting feeling you get every time you walk in to the hotel and room is fabulous.
Cons: No fitness centre and the one they are affiliated with next door is charged for (approx $30 AUD) and not much cardio equipment. It looks too claustrophobic so we didn’t use it. The bar opens at 7pm not before.
