Pros: I didn't check in at all because I got too drunk at a bar in Oji and went straight home in the morning. Great experience, would repeat.

Very happy with our stay here overall - would recommend

Pros: Quite spacious, beds were comfy, decent sized bathroom, very clean and tidy, large fridge available

Cons: We stayed on the top floor (the third) and was exceptionally difficult to lug our suitcases up - didn’t realise we’d be doing this so a heads up would have been good. No lift.

Pros: Clean and very new rooms. The neighbourhood is very calm. The owner is very fast to respond if you have any issues so that was perfect. I would stay there again!

Cons: There is no hooks or hanging things in the bathroom and the room (it’s not that big of a deal, but it does make it a bit annoying with towels and such).

Pros: 아주 깨끗하고 좋았어요 위치는 조금 골목길이 어렵지만 그래도 다니다보면 익숙히고 청결해서 너무 좋았어요 다음에도 이용하고싶어요^^

Cons: 위치가 조금은 안쪽에 있지만 다니다보면 익숙함, 비상구 빛이 밤에도 빛나서 잠자기가 어려웠지만 검은 바지로 가리고 자서 개선이 필요해보임!!

Comfortable and Spacious for Good Value

Pros: 5 minute walk from the subway line, clean and spacious with all the basic ammentities. Easy checkin. Great water pressure.

Cons: Narrow staircase to lug up your luggage, pretty hidden from the train station, and thin walls/noisy from neighbors and passing trains. There is no way to turn off exit light, which makes the whole room bright when you're trying to sleep.

Pros: Amazing location: 15 + 5 mins from Tokyo Station, super convenient to get to Akibabara, Ueno, Yanaka Ginza. The comfiest mattresses: Yes, not futons but really good proper mattresses. Great, solid sheets and pillows as well. Neatly organized, brand new bathroom, perfect aircon. Easily enough space for 3 big adults, and there's a 4th mattress for even a 4th person as well. Excellent value!
