Pros: Sauna and cold bath for men was really nice. The room was clean and fairly cheap. The location is close to the trainstaion. Also very late checkout was a big bonus!!
Cons: I understand that they need late check in time because of the late check out. But i still feel like 17 is a bit late for me!

excellent stay all good and I am coming back and look forward to staying with you again
Pros: Nice quite hotel not far from station . very clean rooms and the free Internet is very good . lots of small 7 to 11 shops nearby and found a great cafe to have a breakfast before setting off for the days adventures . it was called The Little Mermaid . their is a free breakfast also available in the hotel . if you not bothered about a bar or restaurant ( plenty of these things nearby ) just a really nice clean hotel and friendly staff if you needed help this is a great place for you . I am going back to Japan next year as i did not see everything I wanted to but I am definitely booking this hotel again .
Cons: no English translations on washing machine took a long time to wash my clothes . just point out the quick wash and that is not a criticism at least you had 2 washes with washing liquid that where free to use .

Great - except for the no cleaning part. It needs changing for long stays!
Pros: I have stayed here previously, and my comments from my previous review are still valid: In its favour is its location just 5 minutes from train and metro lines (and buses and trams). Second thing is its sauna which is just the ticket for a relaxing break after a hard day’s sightseeing (although cameras in the locker and relaxation rooms is very creepy). Third thing in its favour is the breakfast. It is very, very simple, but so good.
Cons: The thing going against Tokio’s Hotel is the no cleaning of the rooms during your stay. I get this for short stays. But we were there 9 nights. I wouldn’t go a week in my own home without cleaning - there is no way I want to go without it in a hotel that I am paying good money for. Fix it.

Comfortable Stay at TOKIO's HOTEL – Great Location and Japanese Sauna, but Pricey During Peak Season
Pros: Comfortable Stay at TOKIO's HOTEL – Great Location and Japanese Sauna, but Pricey During Peak Season We stayed at TOKIO's HOTEL for 4 nights during the Sakura season in April. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient experience. The hotel is located close to several metro stations, making it easy to get around Tokyo. There are also plenty of food spots and convenience stores nearby — perfect for grabbing a quick bite. A big plus was the Japanese-style sauna — a great way to relax after a long day. Other amenities included self check-in, a lift, a coworking space on the first floor, and a laundry room — all of which made the stay more practical and enjoyable. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the automated check-in process was quick and smooth.
Cons: 💰 However, the price during our stay felt quite high. We paid ₽40,000 for 4 nights — around ¥65,700 or $435 USD at the April 10 exchange rate. When I checked again on May 15, the same 4-night stay (June 3–7) was priced at only ¥41,800 or about ₽16,500 / $270 USD — a significant difference. 👉 I definitely felt that I overpaid, which is the main drawback of the experience. Booking last-minute during peak season clearly comes at a cost. 📌 Pros: Great location near metro Authentic Japanese sauna Self check-in Lift and laundry Coworking space Food and convenience stores nearby ⚠️ Cons: – High price during Sakura season – Clear feeling of overpayment compared to off-season rates Despite the price, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return — especially at a better rate during a quieter season.

Perfect for a short stay to explore the city.
Pros: Excellent location - only a 4-minute walk from Oji Station. There are plenty of dining options nearby, along with several convenience stores within easy reach. The room was large and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. Perfect for a short stay to explore the city.
Cons: While there was no staff on-site and all communication was handled through an iPad, it worked smoothly - any issues I had were resolved very quickly. A bit more attention to cleanliness would improve the overall experience.

This is an unmanned hotel which means there’s no staffs in the house to support your enquirers. Even though, they have p
Pros: We love the spacious room compared to other hotels in Tokyo. They had a big bathroom with full of amenities and toiletries, even the lotion for face and body :)
Cons: The location is around 30 mins from the center of Tokyo, but we spent most of the time outside and only came back for a sleep so it wasn’t a problem. Check-in time is after 17:00 pm so if you have a morning flight then consider it well because it could be a little bit tired for staying outside until exactly 17:00

Pros: The Employees cleaned the washmashine on my request and have even included a cloth and alcohol to clean it. I am happy that my complaints got taken seriously.
Cons: Lemonwater in the sauna runs out really fast :(

Pros: The hotel sits close to Ōji station (both JR and Tokyo Metro), outside the Yamanote Line but greatly connected to the centre (20 minutes to Tokyo central station and less than 15 to Shinjuku). The facility is unmanned, but it's easy to get through since there are instructions in Japanese, English, Korean and Chinese. The free sauna is a great place to relax after a whole day out, and never too crowded. The wifi works great and the room is ample.

Pros: Cheap, nice, clean. Aircon and smart Tv is great. Two sinks is great for 2 friends.
Cons: No staff, all digital. Pre-check in cannot be done in English, but it’s not too hard to do in Japanese. Bidet and some lights were out of order. Breakfast is only between 7-8:45 so that’s very early.
