Pros: Very comfortable and includes just about everything one could need. The host also let me check-in early, which I highly appreciated after a long flight and little sleep.

Cons: The room is not particularly well insulated. Easily countered by increasing the heating, so less of a personal concern and more of an environmental one.

Pros: The hotel is located in a quite neighborhood near Oji and Oku station. The property is clean and tidy and the rooms were quite comfortable. You get good sunlight during the day so the room remains fresh during long stays. Its got all the amenities you need for your stay, a washing machine, microvave, a small kitchentte and comfy beds and decent size washroom. The hosts are there on the ground floor towards the end. You can store your luggage if you come early. The host was very generous in helping store my luggage and even placed it in the room which was on the second floor. There is a huge supermarket just a few steps away and you can get mostly anything you need from there. Family mart is also closeby and bus stops and stations as well. Overall a perfect place to stay in peace while being close to the Tokyo main city.

Cons: Everything was perfect but if I had to write something it would be that I wish there was a bidet in the washroom. And the shower could use a modern fixture.

A really nice stay, with 2 small annoyances.

Pros: Peaceful neighbourhood. Helpful and nice host. The room provided me with the rest that i needed every night.

Cons: In the kitchenette there was only a ladle, a cutting knife and a pair of cooking chopsticks (long), no forks or eating-spoons. Whilst you can buy some plastic cutlery from the grocery store, still somewhat annoying. Also no sponge for washing dishes. On another note, 'Deluxe' stands for the type of bed, not the position of the room. Originally I assumed I'd get a corner room, because of the picture in the ad. But I'm sure this can be arranged in advance with the company who is managing the rooms.

Well equipped accommodation, perfect for long stay

Pros: Feel like staying at home, you can find fridge, IH stove, bathtub and even washing machine in the room. You can find a big shopping centre that is for residential area, although no restaurant in the shopping centre, having a supermarket and 100yen shop is fair enough for travelers.

Cons: Missing a notice or reception made me need to ask someone to dial the number to find the owner, who is in the building actually

Pros: L'hotel est en fait comme un petit appartement du coup c'est vraiment pratique y a une machine a laver, le wifi et une cuisine. Pour le prix et ce qui est proposé niveau liberté c'est parfait. Il y a un magasin pour faire des courses a 5minutes a pied

Cons: Not super close to 24h convenience store but everything else was amazing

Pros: O apartamento tem tudo o que você precisa pra passar uns dias, desde fogão a varal pra secar roupa no quarto. O anfitrião fica na última porta do 1º andar.

Cons: Achei o travesseiro duro e alto

Pros: とても親切にして頂きました。 お部屋はとても清潔で、必要なものは全てありました。 静かな場所で、窓もあり、リラックスできました。 Wi-Fiも良好でした。

Sympa, calme mais un peu isolé

Pros: Le quartier est très calme, il y a un supermarché juste à côté, et la chambre était agréable avec un style japonais très appréciable pour un occidentale. Nous pouvons jeter nos poubelles dans un bac en métal à l'entrée de l'hôtel n'importe quand. La machine à laver dans la chambre est pratique.

Cons: Il faut marcher une dizaine de minutes pour atteindre la station de train la plus proche, ce n'est pas une grande distance mais après une longue journée de marche ça peut être fatiguant. Le service n'inclut pas le ménage, il faut donc penser à prendre des sacs poubelles.

Great value, easy to commute, close to supermarket.

Pros: The size of the room, the cleanliness, the location for what I needed, close to a station, easy commute into the city around 30 min walk to where my event was. This property is such good value for the area.

Cons: Maybe an extra towel or bath mat.
