It was a quite a good stay. My partner and daughter liked the breakfast.

Pros: The location was quite good, near to Tokyo station by bus 22. There were Lawson and AEON nearby which was convenient.

Cons: I would prefer a softer mattress/ bed.

Excellent place to stay which was real value for money.

Pros: Location was really good with 15 minutes to Central Tokyo by bus. Daily breakfast was really good with some variations every day. Convenient store very close to the hotel if you needed anything. Staff was really good and very friendly.
