I would love to stay again, we had everything to enjoy our stay at this apartment.

Pros: Suprisingly great and spacious apartment. I adore the simple and well-styled rooms. The price is great for the stay. I find it convenient for more than 2 people to share this apartment (we stayed as a couple). Another great detail is a free washing machine (easy to use) with everything what you might need equipped in the shower room. The apartment also had a space for cooking or storing food which is also cool. I was suprised that the apartment had a spacious balcony as well. It was really quiet and the neighbourhood is nice. A little walk to the nearest metro station (5-7 min) is fine. To sum up, my expectations were lower and I really loved the stay. Would come again!!!

Cons: It was cold during the stay. It was kind of hard to warm up the rooms (we didn't understand the instruction for the AC) in december.

Comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped room.

Pros: Loved that it was one room per floor, felt more private. Had all the amenities we needed for a very comfortable stay. Staff were friendly when communicating and we really appreciated the earlier access to our room after such a long journey.

Cons: Only thing I missed was having some comfier seating i.e. a couch etc. Otherwise everything was fab!

Great stay in Tokyo for a family of 4

Pros: Great to have more than just a bedroom - the small kitchen area allowed us to prepare and store basic foods. The trains were approx 10-15 min walk away and well enough connected to get us everywhere we needed to with max 1 change.

Pros: Close to the train station and convenience stores. Nice new place

Pros: Great placement just outside the busy area. You can get there within 25minutes from Tokyo Station using subways or you can walk for 45minutes. There are many shops nearby to buy groceries, pharmacy, hospital, park and plenty restaurants to get some nice food. Standout is Ramen Benkei, about 3 minutes walk, fantastic value for money. Room was nice, clean and spacious, even for a larger family. We were 2 adults and a 6mnt baby so plenty of room for us. Will definitely come back when visiting Tokyo again.

Cons: Nothing, everything was as expected.

Great stay in Tokyo

Pros: The apartment was big and even if we were only 2, it would’ve accommodated one or two more. It’s located next to a subway station and several konbini, and we really appreciated the liberty of eating dinner and breakfast in our own apartment instead of a hotel. The checkin and checkout process is made via an iPad, but they guide you and help you in the booking chat. This is a really good apartment for long term stays!

Cons: Trash collecting could be done three days a week instead of two.

Pros: This apartment was in a great location - fairly central in Tokyo. 8 minute walk in either direction and you're at a tube station. Super clean, modern and spacious. Helpful to know: bath towels, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, showergel, tootbrushes, facecloths, handwash, kitchen cleaning products - all provided. Also washing machine, airer (clothes horse), hairdryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery - all there. Would definitely choose to stay again!

Perfect stay in Tokyo, spacious apartment not too far from train station and very good neighborhood.

Pros: Spacious room with separate bathroom and toilet. Generous cleaning supplies i.e. tissue paper, detergent, etc. Location is close to train station and supermarket. Many selections of restaurants nearby. Quiet neighborhood.

Cons: A little less toiletry provided, no cotton pads, cotton buds. Electrical appliances are in Japanese make it difficult to use. Cleanliness can be improved as we found the refrigerator unplug and a bit smelly. Cleaning should be provided every 2 days at least.

Pros: Clean building, everything we needed was available.

Cons: Took us a moment to figure out the panel on the door was a screen to input the code. We don’t have this type of security system in our country, would have been easier to have been told this. The screen didn’t always light up so would be frustrating to wait, or touch it firmly to get it to work.

Best place in Tokyo

Pros: Very clean, surprisingly quiet place for 3 people. Enough room to have a little privacy. All the amenities were thought of: hair dryer, tooth brush, shampoo/cond, silverware, tea kettle, extra converters, instructions for everything in the extensive house manual, etc.

Cons: No luggage storage option
