All you need for a perfect stay 😊

Pros: Since you enter to the hotel you feel calmness and positive vibe. The room is so cosy and you feel so relaxed, comfy bed and pillows… The breakfast is served with a wonderful view, and the restaurant serves great alacarte dinner options… All the staff supportive, willing to help without being overwhelmed. The hotel is a perfect choice for enjoyable stay in Tokyo!

Great location and facilities

Pros: Excellent location for the shopping area of Ginza, great restaurants/bars and metro. Great views from the 14th floor restaurant

Pros: Very helpful staff. They were great; nothing was too much trouble Location in Ginza is good, just a short walk to main shopping area. The best ever french toast for breakfast Very comfy bed

Given how nice the Kyoto Celestine is, I was a bit disappointed that the Tokyo one wasn’t quite at that standard No train station shuttle like Kyoto Celestine Tiny lounge area No gym Rooms are very small Construction work in adjacent building neccesitating relocation of room due to night noise

Pros: Very easy access to Shinbashi station, Ginza station and Ginza shopping street. The staffs are very helpful, they help us with the luggage and catch the taxi. Separate bathroom and toilet.

Pros: Location, staff were good but some might require more training.

Cons: room size was small. and am not sure what was behind our room a night club or what but it gets really noisy at late night until first hours of the morning. other than that all was good as this is out of the hotel control

Cramped room but typical of Tokyo hotels

Pros: The staff told me my room would be ready at 2:30pm when I came in the morning, slightly earlier than check in time of 3pm. The Japanese breakfast set had many dishes and was delicious. Staff at lobby and restaurant were very polite.

Cons: The toilet and room was quite cramped, but typical of hotels in Tokyo.
