Pros: Location, central Ginza (shopping), station really close. Rooms roomy and comfortable

Cons: Single room is inside out, bathroom and toilet on exterior wall with opaque windows, (only ones in the room) a bit odd, and no rxternal wimdow The room itself is fine, but be aware before you book

Excellent location

Pros: xcellent location, very easy to get around. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I booked well in advance, so it was a great value for money

Cons: I booked a single room and didn’t realize there was absolutely no view. The window is completely blocked. It’s fine for one or two nights, but not for a longer stay

Good location and comfortable room

Pros: The hotel is near to 4-5 Metro/ Subway/ JR lines which makes it very convenient to travel to anywhere. There are also a lot of shopping around the area. Rooms are of reasonable size compared to many other hotels. The bathroom has separate bath and shower area. Bed and pillows are comfortable. There is aircon or heater option during winter which is great compared to other hotels with only heater during the same season.

Cons: The replacement of towels does not include floor towel or other amenities for the room (e.g. coffee/ tea, bedroom slippers etc.)

Lovely room without a view

Pros: The room was very pleasant and spacious with a nice bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the ac and humidifier made the stay very good.

It is a great choice for a short stay if you prioritze location over amenities.

Pros: Location! Location ! Location! Being right in the heart of Ginza (next to Mitsukoushi) made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. For the price paid, it offers excellent value for money considering how expensive accomodation in this prime district can be.

Cons: The trade-off is a lack of common areas and facilities - the hotel does not have a gym or guest laundry machines, which was a bit disappointing.

Clean and comfortable room with corner window view

Pros: For Japanese standards we had quite a big room in the corner of the building and therefor a nice view of the city with the corner windows and sofa. Very clean and comfortable.
