But overall really positive experience. Can’t complain.

Pros: Location was good. Easy to access. Family mart and Lawson nearby. Room was clean, hair dryer is good and powerful, lights are easy to access and convenient The table and chair definitely make a difference to couple stay, some smaller business hotel may make eating dinner in room difficult. There is microwave and washing machine in the room! Which is a big plus.

Cons: Room can be a bit too small, especially toilet opening can be limited if you have luggage in the way.

Very good and strategically located option in Ginza

Pros: As returning guests, the location always delivers, close to all that Ginza can offer + nearby subway stations. The rooms are quaint, as most rooms in Tokyo, but the layout that includes the small table, microwave and refrigerator allows for in room breakfast and/or small meals - great, considering all the food halls at the major big stores, Lawson and Family Mart nearby. The option to have a room with own washing/drying machine can add to the longer stay amenity.

Cons: As in a previous occasion, the decor was a bit tired in the room and this time it was not spotlessly clean as you come to expect in Japan. Also, as there is no lobby as such and the high guest turnover with their (kindly) stored luggage does not make for a best first impression. That said, staff is quite efficient and nothing of the above should deter one looking for a acceptable price / excellent location combo - as we did!
