Pleasent, I would return

Pros: Great location and the staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful with sending baggage

Cons: Rooms can be a squeeze but that’s Tokyo!

Great value for money and good area.

Pros: Close to Asakusa/Keikyu metro lines with great connections to the rest of Tokyo. Clean hotel, friendly staff.

Cons: The bathrooms are a bit small.

Great, standard Japanese biz hotel. Cleaner than most.

Pros: Classic, well run Japanese business hotel. Great for a one or two night stay, alone or with a partner. While some other hotels like this can be a bit worn down or even grimy, this one was fresh. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English, and the location is great. Will stay here again.

Cons: If you’re expecting more amenities or western size rooms, you should look elsewhere. For those that are not familiar with these types of hotels, it might be a bit of a shock/surprise. Especially if you have large luggage.

Nice hotel

Pros: Big hotel and a warm welcome when arriving. Little stand with amenities on in reception which was handy. Good room size and bathroom. Bed comfortable however pillows a bit hard. Near a few metro stations.

Cons: Location is a bit far from the main areas in Tokyo. The metro is very close and cheap but still a good 30-minute journey to get anywhere. The toilet is very loud when refilling and running. Didn't like the fact it's a 10am check out, very easy way to make more money charging guests to stay later. Construction going on behind the hotel and also road side which luckily was quite quiet.

Great Location, Quite Stay, and Well-Equipped facilities

Pros: We had a comfortable stay at this hotel, which is in a very convenient location—just a 3-minute walk from Sengakuji Station (Gate A4). If you have a lot of luggage, though, it’s better to use Gate A2, which is a bit farther with a lift (about 8 minutes). The station is on a direct train line and just a few stops from Haneda Airport, which made our travel very easy. The area around the hotel is quiet and peaceful, great for a restful night’s sleep. There aren’t many restaurants nearby, but there’s a 7-Eleven and a Lawson within walking distance, which came in handy. As with many Japanese hotels, the room was small but very functional and clean. The shared area has coin-operated laundry machines, dryers, a microwave, and even an ice dispenser, which was perfect for summer. The staff were all very friendly and polite.

Cons: Housekeeping is done only on specific days, and we were woken up quite early one morning for the room to be cleaned. It's something to be aware of if you’re planning to sleep in.

Nice people to stay

Pros: Smile Hotel is located very close to the metro line - just a 5-minute walk- and right before reaching it, there’s a 7-Eleven, which makes it really convenient for grabbing breakfast or withdrawing cash in the morning. The room was spacious enough for two people, and the bed was comfortable. It was a quiet place, and the staff was very kind. Check-in and check-out were easy. Overall, it’s a good value-for-money option to stay in. We were able to enjoy Tokyo during the day and rest well after long walks at night.

Good hotel for last night in Tokyo

Pros: I believe it is a well located hotel, in a busy area with works. The room is of a very good size, the bed mattress is a bit firm. Personnel is helpful, always happy to answer queries

Cons: The bathroom was a bit cramped up but that might be the case for me only (I am 6'5). That I would say is the only drawback on my end.
