Very clean, good location.

Pros: Clean property with lovely staff. The bunks have a good amount of room and can be closed off from other guests.

Cons: Common room is pretty poor, staff aren’t overly helpful or friendly, bed was ok for comfort not fantastic

Perfect for transit in Tokyo

Pros: The staff was nice, the room was big in terms of Tokyo standards (bed up and suitcase down) not too hard to access.

Cons: I like old fashioned key room haha

Better than expected

Pros: The reviews were not that good (not bad either) but after staying there, the overal impression was a postive one. Its close to tamachi, from where you have easy access to the Jamanote line as well as to yokohama and kamakura.

Cons: The locks to the dormdoors are automated and metalic. If you have a bunk close to the door you cannot sleep well as people come and go all the time (even during the night). The lock makes a lot of noise so i would advise to change the lock system.

Pros: Nice place, 10 mins walk to Tokyo tower and 10 mins to train station. Very near to Haneda Airport using train from here. New type of lock. Have vending machine and laundry here

Pros: Comfortable bunk with lockers provided. Lots of bathrooms and mirror space. Didn't feel cramped even with so many beds in the room.

A perfect place to have a calm quiet rest efficiently by yourself in a good location.

Pros: I liked how clean and quiet it was! All the guests were respectful, and I fell asleep immediately after putting my phone down. Location was great too, no transfers needed from Narita airport, and if you go outside the building, you can see the Tokyo tower right away without anything blocking the view. I was surprised by the quality of the shampoo and conditioner; my sensitive hair did really well afterwards.

Cons: There was only one tablet to check in, and I was a bit frustrated to wait in line for a while with all my luggage and felt cramped in such a small space. I would've appreciated it if I could do it on my phone via a QR code or something, just like how check out was. I tried to use the washing machine and realised I needed 5 100yen coins minimum. A coin exchange machine could help a lot.

More like a hotel

Pros: It is technically a hostel, but our room felt like a hotel. The facilities were clean, and the room was comfortable.

Cons: The air ventilation was kind of loud.
