It's not the first and won't be the last time I stay at the Granbell. I love everything about it and cant wait t

Pros: This is the 4th time I've stayed at the Granbell. The location is amazing. Close to multiple different train stations, surrounded by many restaurants and bars, it really is situated perfectly in Shinjuku. Vending machines inside the hotel are also very convenient as well as the Lawsons and 7Eleven 2 minute walk around the corner.

Cons: Like most accomodation Tokyo, the rooms can be a little small but that's pretty standard.

Pros: Great location. Rooms were small as is usual for Tokyo but well appointed and very clean. Staff were very helpful

Good stay. Clean, tidy and convenient.

Pros: Good clean facilities. Smallish rooms, but did expect that. Staff communication was good, with most English speaking and happy to help. Location was convenient to many shops and attractions. In house dining options were very good.

Cons: The room rate was a bit higher than what I would see as reasonable.

Pros: The executive double room was lovely and the view on the city was exceptional. We had free wine and the bathroom was squeaky clean. We were 5 minutes away from a lively district and the buffet was fabulous.

Cons: Nothing at all, everything was great !
