A convenient stay with friendly staff

Pros: Great location and really friendly staff. It’s not too far from the train station, with convenience stores just a short walk away and a batting cage close by. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning.

Cons: The bed was uncomfortable, but we were so tired that we still managed to get a good night’s sleep.

Loved it, will stay here again when I visit Tokyo for sure.

Pros: Location is great. Good value. Friendly and helpful staff. Great view from the 12th floor room 1216.

Cons: Some noise at night but that is not the hotel’s fault just the nature of Kabukicho.

Good Facilities and location!

Pros: I love their facilities and free breakfast. suitable for our family trip, the location is good, laundry machines are also at the lobby and cheap. the staff were helpful and nice. They helped us to send our luggage to Osaka without any hassles.

Cons: The bed is pretty small even for 1 kid & 1 adult, and the wall is too thin. I could hear ppl talking outside very clearly.

Good value for money

Pros: I really liked the location, you could walk to many places and the metro station was quite close too. The staff was always very polite and rooms were clean. It was possible to have the room cleaned every day and they provided clean towels every day. There was also plenty of shower gel and shampoo and even a conditioner.

Cons: The bed was quite hard so this should be improved. The 2 elevators were actually not enough for that many guests so sometimes we needed quite long to be able to go down to the lobby. In addition, the breakfast is very Asian so do not expect a western style breakfast.
