Great Shinjuku location with a spacious room, though the bathroom could use some updates

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located in the bustling Shinjuku area, perfect for experiencing Tokyo’s nightlife. The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable.

Cons: We had trouble closing the window, though we eventually managed. The shower curtain was old and mouldy, and the bathroom felt a bit outdated. Additionally, no cleaning service was provided during our stay.

Great for the Shinjuku experience at a budget - clean and straightforward

Pros: Great location and very nice staff. Good food places around and lots of things to do in the area. We didn’t eat breakfast here. Fun experience. Room was simple and reasonably priced.

Cons: It’s not a family friendly area. A lot of clubs, pubs and hotels by the hour around.

Pros: The location of the hote was very good, approximately 15 minutes walk to the nearest train station and 7 minutes walking to the nearest bus station. Lots of restaurants and bars around the hotel, we were staying at the 8th floor so the noise from downstairs wasn't that loud. The room is big and the reception staff positively reacted to every request of ours. A great place to start the Japan vacation.

Cons: The hotel has issues with sending luggage from it.

Pros: Ideally situated 10 minutes walk from Shunjuku train station, this hotel is exactly where you would want to,be. Facilities were great, cleanliness exceptional and staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! A+++

Pros: Perfect location within the Shinjuku borough! Excellent amenities at the room, with bonus free of charge traditional robes! We also stayed at a smoking room, so good to know we had a choice!

Cons: Although we booked a smoking room, at first the smell was a bit overwhelming although we got used to it after a short time, and we slept without any issues after all.

Pros: The hotel has a great location. The staff were very pleasant, we forgot a jacket there and it was still held at the counter when we were able to come back about ten days after check out.
