HOTEL PERRIER (Adult Only)

Pros: Room size. The amenities included were amazing (lotions, soap, face cream, set for straightening and curling your hair, etc). The massage armchair was a godsend after a day of walking around!

Cons: There was un unpleasant smell in the bathroom room. It could as well begin from the street, so we didn't complained. Otherwise the room exceeded our expectations

Pros: Comfortable but interesting interiors. Did not know the connotations behind it being a love hotel prior to booking

Cons: Bathroom smelt musty with window closed, not much natural light

Spacious, clean, comfy, central location and large comfy bed.

Pros: Good central location. Super close to a number of stations and the main part of Shinjuku. Spacious room and comfy bed. Complete black out window and soundproof so perfect for a sleep in. Big bathroom and loved the fact there was a hairdryer, straightener and lots of amenities.

Cons: Having to leave the key at the front desk everytime we left the hotel. When we arrived they had no record of our payment even though we paid through booking.com. It got sorted out but was a bit stressful on arrival being told we hadn’t paid and having to wait around not knowing what was happening.

Good hotel in a good area for walking into the heart of Shinjuku

Pros: Big room for Tokyo, lots of extras in the room , including a massage chair.

Cons: Pillows not enough

Pros: It had everything you needed. Even the little extras like skincare lotions, face masks.

Cons: Too much furniture in such a small space.

Great Hotel

Pros: This hotel was so much better than I expected. Ended up staying an extra night. Staff all really helpful but the room was amazing. Bed was super comfortable and it was such a bonus getting free skin care sachets and use of straighteners and curlers in the room. The jacuzzi bathtub was such a nice touch. I will definitely be staying again when I visit.

Cons: The room was slightly too hot but can't be helped at times.

Great price-to-value ratio in heart of Shinjuku.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Huge, clean rooms filled with everything we needed. Good localization - close to the centre of Shinjuku. Very comfy king-size bed and big jacuzzi with lighting options.

Cons: Very loud AC - it's either sleep in hot temperature or in loud noise. Couldn't get the karaoke machine to work. Poor shower drainage.

Pros: The room had great amenities, such as facial masks, hair straighteners, slippers, etc. It was quite spacious for the price, and only about a 5 - 10 minute walk from Golden Gai and central Kabukicho. It had a big tv with karaoke and lighting features, as well as a big bath with waterproof TV.

Cons: The bed was rather small for two people and had a couch-like leather border that surrounded the mattress, which was uncomfortable to sleep on.
