Good location, clean and comfort.

Pros: Good location, clean and comfort. Night shift staff is nice.

Cons: Some staffs are not that nice. They stopped the service to allow you store luggage more than 1 day. It’s not convenience if u need to switch hotel in between. May not stay in this hotel again if they don’t resume this service.

Pros: Staff very friendly. Check-in and check-out with a machine but very easy. The room was very clean and with a lot of utilities: slipers, bathorbe soap, champu, aconditionator, raiser and even bath sponge, tooth brush, etc. Mini fridge, kettle and tee. Very close from Ueno train station, a Big supermarket also close and a lot (a lot) places to eat. A/C in the room very usefull on Tokyo summer and even Septembrer They even give you a rubber duck if you promis take care of it 😀

Cons: Nothin all good. Room is small but in average size from Japan.
