Pros: Very convenient location between 2 metro stations. Ginza is a nice and quiet area. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The view from our room was outstanding!

Cons: Everything was fine

Pros: Loved the view from the room absolutely breath taking. The staff were also very helpful and accomodating and were more then happy to help where they could.

Cons: I did send a message to the hotel early that morning to ask about dropping off luggage and they didn't get back to me until check in time. The room had a very strong smell of cigarette but I did accidentally book a smoking room so thats on me.

すごい!

Pros: Decent sized room for Tokyo, absolutely amazing view! We could see the tower, Mt Fuji and several other landmarks! Beds were comfy and tidied daily. Really close to Tsukiji Market and train station. Easy to get to Ginza! Several konbini close for easy snack! Breakfast was good, helpful staff and Japanese or western offered.

Cons: Not much!! Maybe an airport shuttle would be good ?

Pros: Absolutely beautiful hotel , location was fantastic , views were out of this world from the hotel window

Cons: Only 1 thing was there was no usb charging port in the room, so I had to go out and buy a Japanese block to charge my phone's etc, only a trivial point but I had 2 phones and a charging block and it became a challenge with 1 block to charge all fully, but it was my last 2 nights in Japan and didn't want to go out and buy 3 charging blocks , other than that the place was outstanding

Spacious room with amazing view of Tokyo and the Sumeda river.

Pros: The breathtaking view and spacious room with great facilities. The beds were comfortable.

Cons: The closest train station is about 10 min walk away. We could not change the tv from Japanese channels.

Incredible hotel

Pros: This is probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in all my travels. The hotel is located in a high-rise building and occupies the upper floors, offering a flawless view from the room windows, both at night and at sunrise. The room has everything needed for a truly comfortable stay. The location is also very convenient, with the metro station just an 8-minute walk away. Special mention goes to the outstanding Japanese breakfast and the genuine care with which the staff treats their guests.

Good choice in Ginza

Pros: Great value for money and location in ginza. Hotel is a bit dated but still kept to great standards and cleanliness. Room is very spacious I was not expecting it so it was a big positive.

Cons: Some facilities are dated you can see wear and tear especially in the bathroom however this is a hotel id reccomend for those who don't care too much on looks and just want a functional and comfortable place to rest after long days of exploring tokyo which is what we wanted and got.
