The place to stay in Shibuya!

Pros: Located a 5 minute walk from Shibuya train station and right near Shibuya Sakura stage, it was very convenient location, staff were amazing, friendly and so helpful, especially when they changed our booking from a smoking to non smoking room with no issues. The room was very comfortable, with a large spacious bed, TV and a large bathroom with bath and shower.

Cons: Nothing, our stay, the room and hotel were fabulous!

Pros: Fantastic location, right across the road from Shibuya station. Stayed the night before heading to Narita airport so it was perfect to get the Barita express direct from Shibuya station early morning. Checking in and out smooth, clean room with all the main amenities.

Cons: Would be great to offer cots for baby as the beds are quite small to fit two adults and a baby to safely sleep. Also would be good to provide kettle with tea and coffee in the rooms.

Awesome, will be back soon

Pros: It was clean and comfortable. Although like most hotels in Tokyo the room was a little smaller than we are use to but with my organisational skills it didn’t worry us and we stayed six nights. The location was perfect. 5 min walk to the scramble. 2 min walk to the trains. Will absolutely stay there again

Cons: Nothing to complain about

Extremely convenient and comfortable enough

Pros: It's super close (less than 5 mins) to the station, cafes, bars, department stores and restaurants but not overwhelmingly busy. It's about 10-15 mins walking distance to the bustle of Shibuya and the same to trendy neighbourhoods nearby like Daikanyama! We had a deluxe king room and loved the big bath tub to soak in after all the walking.

Cons: The hotel itself was a bit run down and expensive for what it is but that's Shibuya. Happy to pay to stay in Sakuragaokacho area which was perfect for our holiday. Our room only had one tiny window and it faced a wall so don't expect natural light. The pillows were a bit flat and beds were firm which we didnt love but we slept ok.

Superb location, comfortable & quiet room, good value for money

Pros: Convenient location (steps away from the station), quiet side of Shibuya, comfortable bed. Close to amenities.

Cons: Housekeeping could be more frequent, was only once during my 6 night stay

Pros: The accommodation was okay. It was handy to the trains.

Cons: It was very hard to find. Look up for their neon sign. The door is not well light, which makes it hard to find.

Pros: We decided to save money by purchasing one of the more cheaper hotel rooms in Shibuya and honestly, It met my expectations. The receptionists are lovely, the facilities are good, the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The location is quite for the area but also within easy walking distance to the Shibuya Scramble and all the shopping.

Cons: The only thing that I disliked was the red lightening for the rooms.

Pros: Good area for Shibuya, close to transport to get to rest of Tokyo

Cons: Directions to the hotel could be better due to new construction around Shibuya station
