Good hotel in excellent location.

Pros: The views from my corner room - stunning! The helpful staff, the restaurants & coffee shops just down 2 floors. The location - once you worked out Google Maps. Shibuya Sky & Scramble 5 min walk.

Cons: Very difficult to find hotel entrance on arrival, even with a driver. We ended up just getting taxis to drop us at Shibuya Scramble. The buffet breakfast offerings were average (for westerners anyway)

Pros: Great locations and facilities, definitely worth the extra $$ to be central to shibuya with great service and staff that were very attentive

Top notch accommodation in Shibuya.

Pros: Proximity and amenities. They have a family room that can fit four adults. We also had a lovely view of the city skyline. Also, it's right on Shibuya station.

Cons: The toilet is not right next to the main bathroom which is a bit of a hassle.

Pros: place was right in the heart of shibuya only minutes from the crossing and right across the road from shibuya scramble! it was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Amazing!

Pros: Fantastic hotel in an amazing location, next to the famous Shibuya Crossing in Tokyo. Right next to the metro station. Great breakfasts, an incredible view from the window. I was absolutely enchanted.

Great location, comfortable rooms and wonderful staff

Pros: The hotel was in an excellent location, easy access to everything. As a solo traveler I felt the location was safe and provided good access to trains, shopping, and places to visit. Would definitely recommend staying here. Staff very helpful, particularly with forwarding my luggage to the next destination.
