Great location, great comfy beds and bedding, fantastic staff

Pros: The location was fantastic very well connected by the metro, the staff were so thoughtful and the beds and pillows were so comfortable!

Cons: The bathroom felt outdated, but it was very clean so not really much of a complaint.

Pros: The room was very convenient. Used the kitchen twice. Bathroom is a little small but it’s ok since the sink is outside. Laundry facility was easy

Cons: My charger and adapter were lost during one housekeeping cleanup but the staff was very fast as providing a backup.

Pros: We had a great stay. Close to shops and restaurants. Staff went out of their way to help. Lovely and clean.

Pros: The room was very comfortable with a little kitchenette. Bed and pillows very soft. Room bigger than average hotel rooms in Japan.

Cons: Didn't like the breakfast, although included in the price it wasn't worth it.

Pros: Room space was great with separate space for eating. Bigger than the average Japan hotels, which made it easy to pack/repack our luggages qith all our shopping. Approximately 7-9min walk from two train stations, which makes it easy to get around Tokyo (but not sheltered so could be quite inconvenient if it rains). Clear pick-up/drop-off location right in front of hotel door, which made it easy to locate our airport transfer.

Cons: There was a note saying that tap water was drinkable but my kids and I were used to boiled/bottled water so only inconvenience was that I had to boil a few rounds of water every night to fill our water bottles (because kettle was actually quite small too). But it was just a minor inconvenience. All good if you are OK to drink directly from the taps.
