Good hotel really close to Shinagawa station

Pros: The hotel is really close to Shinagawa station and a good place for a stay in Tokyo. The breakfast was good.

Cons: The room was a bit smaller, but in Tokyo this is normal and so I cannot see this as negative point.

Pros: The hotel was reasonably priced and easy to find from the train station. The room was clean, with everything set up nicely, and a large window that opened and a comfortable bed with a good reading light. There was free, excellent coffee available on the second floor.

Cons: I only had one issue. The room was too warm, and though, there was air conditioning, it didn't seem to work. There was heat consistently coming into the room so I had to keep the window open all night (it was February) and it only partially helped. (I do like it to be cool when I sleep). In fairness, I could have gone downstairs to see staff to see if the issue could be fixed but it was later at night so just kept the window open).

Great location perfect for a one or two night stopover between destinations.

Pros: The location is excellent. Short walk from Shinagawa station (uphill a little bit) and a quiet area. Lots of restaurants within a 10min walk.

Cons: The room was very hot which we couldn’t seem to adjust. We had to leave the window open through the night to cool it down but this meant we had a lot of street noise (cars, sirens, etc). The bathroom, although clean, had a bad odour.

Pros: Amazing hotel with a perfect location. The room me and my boyfriend stayed in was extremely clean and comfortable. We appreciated how the cleaning staff made up our room perfectly every single day. The location is impeccable, Shinagawa Station being a 5-7 minute walk, which made it very easy and hassle free for us to explore the city. Great staff, very friendly and amiable, always willing to help. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: Great location near Shinagawa Station. There is a convenience store straight across the road below a hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.
