Superb choice for tokyo

Pros: One if the best hotels (in a 50+ day trip) Clean. Sound isolated. Top location. Great breakfast. Great views from rooms and restaurant (27 floor). Very attentive staff.

Brilliant location, lovely view

Pros: Superbly located just a few steps from Tokyo station. The hotel has a lovely skyline view of the city. The rooms are well appointed with a very comfortable bed. The service was efficient and polite. We will certainly consider staying here again.

Great place of transit

Pros: The amenities (you do not have to open your luggage as all the necessities were carefully thought and provided, including PJs) and location because we were taking shinkasen [tokyo to shin-osaka] the next day [early morning]

Pros: Travel to Tokyo quite often but never managed to stay here because it’s always fully booked. Now I understand why. Rooms are spacious for Japan, western and Japanese options for breakfast, stunning views from the rooms and restaurant, and well managed facilities.

Hong Kong 🇭🇰

Pros: When selecting this hotel and making the booking we made it clear it was for 2 adults and 1 x 11 yo child but the bed is actually queen-size (we don’t care too much about the room size) which was impossible to take 2+1. We talked to the hotel and luckily they responded quickly and arranged a bigger room and king-size bed, at a good surcharge. Have told them to review and not to accept 3ppl (incl a child) for such room. Anyway very classy hotel and great location. Staff are great too.

Convenient location

Pros: The bus from Narita drops you literally at the door of the Sapia Tower where the hotel is on the 27th floor. Excellent location for taking the subway, metro or Shinkasen. Lots of eateries in the near by Tokyo Station. The room was well appointed and clean. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and service was efficient.

Cons: The fact that one side of the queen size bed was by the wall which made it harder to get in and out of bed for one of us.

Hotel Metropolitan is the best Service

Pros: Helpfull staff, Clean tidy, carried our luggage to our room. We were tired when arrived at night 7:30pm from Disneyland. Had a lovely Dinner at the Hotel, the staff offered to bring our bags to our room while we sat down to order dinner. Also the Reception staff tried to help us call the Taxi Driver and Company contact nos given but unfortunately could not contact them. Hence, we just direct us to the normal pick up waiting area at Basment 2 for the Airport Taxi to pick us.
