Excellent location for short stay in Tokyo. Very clean with friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Excellent location for station. Very clean & tidy room.

Cons: Room was small with no view, but we weren't there much and it was central Tokyo.

Highly recommend for value, convenience and comfort

Pros: Comfortable beds, fantastic location right in between 2 major shopping centers and Tokyo Station. They also provided lots of complimentary room bits and bobs, and restaurant had sensational Japanese food

Cons: We booked the cheapest room, but it was way too small for 2 people, no where to put suitcases or hang clothes, really only suitable for one person, so we upgraded to the next size and it was perfect.

Pros: Perfect location. Very close to the train station. We arrived from skiing with massive suitcases and it was very easy to get to the hotel. And easy to get to the airport from it as well. One line. The shower is fantastic ! Great pressure and jets hitting and massaging your body.

Cons: No windows , but that didnt bother us at all.

Great location, but still clean my room please

Pros: Excellent location, check in and check out process very easy. Location is perfect right next to station connecting you to whole city

Cons: One thing that was a little annoying is there is a switch in the room that tells the cleaner not to tidy the room. I didn't notice and don't recall using this switch so was annoyed to come back to unmade beds every night. I only noticed this switch on the last night so the room was very messy after a few nights. But i figured this is my fault. I stayed with this hotel again on the way back and this time I used the switch to say I wanted my room made up. In reality I just want the bed made when I come back. This time they called my room to check what hours I'd be out of the room. This also felt weird, why do you not tidy the rooms by default like other hotels. It's just a detail that made an otherwise great hotel seem inelegant.
