Excellent hotel in great location and great staff

Pros: Great staff at hotel, very friendly and helpful - great location near Japan Train station. Room was spotless.

Cons: I would ask for a room not facing the train station - as the noise was sometimes more than I would have liked.

Amazing hotel, write opposite Tokyo Station.

Pros: Staff are exceptionally friendly and polite. Beautiful bed and room. Bathroom and amenity kits were a highlight. Very luxurious.

Cons: Reception areas could do with a revamp.

Pros: Great hotel located just to Tokyo station. Was perfect location for our family to access local attractions and the Narita express for our early morning flight. Rooms are spacious and have fantastic amenities. Best hotel of our 3-week trip!
