Pros: The beds are very comfortable. We had 4 in a room. I was worried about not sleeping well on sofa bed but no issue, they put a mattress on top and you dont feel it. Everyone had a good sleep. There's lil pantry for us to eat and there's free coffee tea for the guest too. Location are very strategic close to eatery, station and mart...

Exceeded any expectations

Pros: Location was perfect. Staff fantastic, even let us leave our bags before and after we checked out so we could explore Tokyo. Rooms were also larger than normal for Tokyo. will definitely stay here again.

Cons: It’s more a sad reflection that guests have been taking things since my last stay in that there was nothing to stir my coffee and the cups were very small and plastic

Pros: It is my top choice whenever I visit Tokyo for the past few years:. I love the room type offered and location is absolutely awesome. There’s an open space offered to us when we bring back take out food. This is so considerate.

Location and comfy

Pros: Location. We knew that hotel is closed to train and bus stations but the distance was even shorter then we expected so arrival and departing to airport from bus station was awesome hassle free! Alot of shops and restaurant closed by so if you want to drop shopping back to hotel and start again was also convenience. There's also an area by the lobby serving complimentary drinks and snacks was a bonus. Would recommend to anyone staying here if you want to be closed to Tokyo Station.
