Malaysia 🇲🇾

Convenient, affordable, reliable.

Pros: Close proximity to higashi-shinjuku station Surrounded by many convenience stores within a 5 minute walk Shinjuku area is a 10 min walk, Golden Gai and Shin-Okubo and Shinjuku station are all within walking distance. Self check-in kiosk, washing and drying machines, 2 vending machines and drinking station available

Cons: Bathroom can smell a little musky, the ventilation wasn't really strong. Quite a tiny room, if you bring more than 2 people the room will be cramped.

Pros: The location was great, the train stop is within walking distance and is connected well to all the main stations within Tokyo. Room amenities, size, cleanliness, and staff service exceeded expectations given that the price is very reasonable for a budget hotel. Livmax group of hotels surprised me for what was offered. As a solo traveller, the room was good enough for me.

Cons: I experienced a small leak from the water pipe in the bathroom, and it was immediately addressed. Staff offered me to change the room, but I declined as the problem was promptly fixed. This isn't a problem for me but I chose to mention it because the staff resolved the problem immediately. Excellent service.

いい意味でびっくり。

Pros: 新宿とゆう土地柄、アジア系外国人の観光客が多く、ガヤガヤバタバタと夜中までうるさいのが今回はなかった。クリスマス当日に予約したにも関わらず奇跡的に禁煙ツインで1人6,625円と予想よりも少し低く、部屋は最上階で広いところを利用させていただけたのでとても快適でした。本来は泊まる予定ではありませんでしたが、急に体調崩し相方を介抱するために選んだビジネスホテルの中では1番安かったのも嬉しかったです。おかげで体調も良くなり部屋で食事をとることができました。

Cons: ドアチェーンの所や、窓など細かい部分は埃溜まってたのが気になりました。以前歌舞伎町の女性マスコット社長の所ではカーテンと窓枠埃まみれなことがあったので、そこと比べればかなり清潔。ルームウェアはベビースモーカーの方が使って洗った後のものだったようで、タバコの臭いが染み付いていました。

Pros: my personal choice and i am a returning client. Loving the area close to the parks and railway connections / as well as the airport connection. Quiet living area with lovely passages and strolling. loving the price-qulaity value. loving the upper floors sunrise and sunset views.

Cons: water can be available at the rooms. Other wise corner convenience store is just few meters away

Nueva experiencia en Tokio

Pros: Esta bien ubicado y el personal es fantástico. Tiene las comodidades básicas.

Cons: Me parece que los cuartos están un poco descuidados para ese precio. No hay mesa de noche y lámpara al lado de la cama, pero si hay espacio para esta. Hace falta la posibilidad de dejar las maletas en el día de partida.

Pros: аскетичная презентация в данном случае обманчива. отель приятно удивляет месторасположением, видом из окон с высоких этажей и уютом. НЕ побоюсь этого слова.

Pros: Ótima localização. Oa lado de Kabukicho, tem estação de metrô na mesma rua. Quarto super pequeno, mas muito confortável. Banheiro limpo com uma excelente ducha. Fiquei apenas 1 noite.

Cons: Apesar de ter um funcionário na recepção ele disse que eu teria de fazer o checkin na maquina. Foi fácil. Não sei se foi má vontade dele ou se é regra do hotel.
