This is the most beautiful.hotel that I have stayed.expensive but I would highly recommend

Pros: Very good breakfast, well presented and served in a beautiful room. Enjoyed the buffet and ordered the poached eggs as part of this - excellent. An impressive Japanese breakfast was available too

Cons: Canr identify any negatives. I noted that a staff member was measuribg temperaures of item on the buffet - indicative of the care and professionalism of the service.

Ideal accomodation and a feeling of being taken care of in this lovely hotel.

Pros: Our room on the 28th floor was both spacious, aesthetic and provided all we could require. The room service was exemplerary and ensured comfort and pampering.

Cons: Could have done with a guide to the light switches since it took us a bit of time to work out how to turn off some of the lights in the room

Nice location and nice atmosphere of Japan

Pros: The hotel has direct underground way lead to the subway station which is very convenient, it is located at the political heart of Tokyo so I am not very worry any safety issue.

Cons: The only one thing might be the closet is openly and the sliding door either use for bath or hallway, I forgot I need to slide all the way to block the view for the bath.

5 star hotel that meets expectations

Pros: Beautiful hotel with staff that impressed. Everything you needed was set out in our room with so many electronic gadgets to make things easier and comfortable. Views were great, location convenient to subway stations, eating areas, shops and parks.

Pros: The hotel was what I expected, functional, clean for a large hotel. Gym was very good for a hotel gym.

great location and view of sky garden, average service from staff and no bar facility for non-smoker

Pros: Room was large, view form room excellent and all amenities provided was exceptional

Cons: no bar as such for a quiet drink. The only bar available was dark and small with bar sitting only, with emphasis on a large room with great views and seating for smoking guests!

Incredible, best hotel ive stayed in.

Pros: Amazing service, allowing us to check in early and arranging our bags to the room - beautiful room with amazing room service/ wind down services that was honestly hard to leave some days. Lots of amenities like gym, pool and a 7/11 in the basement is a great to have. Staff are polite and speak great english - always greeting us and helping if needed, my girlfriend needed a transformer for a UK hairdryer and they brought a large one up to the room within 5 minutes.
